<image:title>Rates - My regular fee is $140 per session. Extended sessions can be pro-rated.</image:title>
<image:caption>Insurance: I do not directly bill insurance companies. This is for several reasons: Insurance can control how many sessions you get Insurance can control how long sessions are Insurance requires that I assign you a mental health disorder that goes on your medical record. Not everyone wants this on their record It can take an extended period of time to verify insurance and this delays treatment. Payment: Cash, check, credit card, or debit card are accepted for payment. Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. <image:caption>If you or a loved one are struggling with an anxiety disorder, you may feel as if you have lost direction and no longer know where to turn. Daily life turns into a state of worry, anxiety, and fear. The battle with anxiety can be overwhelming and prevent you from following the road of your life. The endless turns are hard to navigate as your health, sleep, education, work, and relationships become negatively impacted. The more you struggle, the more you suffer. You will find that working with a therapist trained in the treatment of anxiety disorders will allow you to gain tools and techniques that will allow you to better navigate. When anxiety and obsessive thoughts begin to take control, one often feels that he or she is isolated. I help clients let go of their obsessive thoughts. I help clients ease relationship difficulties and resolve past experiences. I help clients be more present in their relationships, quiet their "chatty" minds, and relieve the incapacitating inability to shut the mind down. You don't have to struggle alone! I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.</image:caption>
